WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I FILL OUT THE FORM?
We will contact you to discuss further details regarding the project, as well as our earliest availability based on the information provided in the form.
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT DURING THE SHOOT?
Not at all. We're experienced, and can easily determine which shots best compliment the property.

And if the property has a Supra Lockbox, we have access to a Supra eKey. So we're covered there too!
HOW ARE THE PHOTOS DELIVERED?
You will receive an email with a link to an online gallery that contains all the photos. You will also be given a PIN number that will be needed in order to download the entire gallery.
Prepping For The Shoot
We are dedicated to capturing the best shots a property has to offer! To help us accomplish this, there are a few things you can do to prepare for the shoot:

Exterior - Curb Appeal is KEY!

Store garbage cans out of view if possible, like in the garage.

Remove cars from the driveway/curb

Touch up the landscaping (blow leaves, clean gutters, mow lawn, etc)

Interior - Make it feel like a MODEL home.

Open curtain and open blinds

Turn on all lights and lamps. We will adjust the lights according to the room/setting, and will turn off lights upon exiting the property.

Turn off televisions and hide cords, remotes, chargers, etc.

Hide all toiletries in the bathroom, close toilet lids, and refill toilet paper

Make beds and store all laundry out of site
-
Clear random clutter from kitchen counters, tables, dressers, etc.

Remove pet bowls, beds, and toys
